Project Information:

This design proposal won 1st Place and "People's Choice Award" as a solution to create a dense infill development along a developed commercial corridor in the town of Hadley, Massachusetts.  The plan includes mixed-use town homes and single-family residences situated around a large community green.  The development is based on the principal that community retail centers can be anchored by large market style complexes with integrated agricultural uses throughout the community.
